We review nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress, identify character strengths using positive psychology, and set meaningful, achievable goals. You’ll receive guidance, answers, and personalized resources to support your journey.

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive and empowering starting point for your health coaching journey. This session is designed to uncover your deep, intrinsic motivation - your “why” - so your goals feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who you truly are. We begin with a thorough review of your current lifestyle, including nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress management, to better understand what’s supporting your health and where gentle adjustments may be helpful.
We also explore your natural character strengths using principles of evidence-based positive psychology. By identifying what already works well for you, we build confidence, resilience, and momentum from the very beginning. This strengths-based approach allows us to focus not just on what needs improvement, but on the powerful qualities you already bring to your healing process.
Together, we set small, realistic, and attainable goals that feel achievable and motivating - never overwhelming. You’ll have ample time to ask questions, clarify concerns, and discuss any obstacles you may be facing. As needed or desired, I’ll provide trusted resources, tools, and referrals to support you between sessions. This consultation lays the foundation for a personalized, compassionate, and sustainable path forward.

Your follow up call is a supportive check-in to assess your progress, refine your goals, and deepen accountability. We review where you are in your transformation journey, celebrate wins, address challenges, and adjust next steps together to keep your momentum strong and your goals aligned.

Your follow up health coaching call is a focused, encouraging session designed to support your progress and keep you moving forward on your wellness journey. This session offers dedicated time to evaluate where you are in your personal transformation, review your health goals, and assess what’s working and what may need adjustment.
We celebrate your wins - big and small - because acknowledging success builds confidence, motivation, and long term consistency. We also explore any challenges or barriers that may have shown up since your last session and use a supportive, problem-solving approach to move through them with clarity and compassion.
Accountability is a key component of the follow- up call. Together we review your commitments, strengthen your focus, and ensure your goals remain realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your deeper motivation. If your needs, lifestyle, or priorities have shifted, we re-evaluate and refine your goals to better fit your current season of life.
You’ll also have space to ask questions, gain clarity, and receive updated resources or tools as needed. Each follow up call is designed to help you stay connected to your vision, build sustainable habits, and continue moving forward with confidence.
